• Production Follow-up: Regular photo/video progress updates during production; third-party inspection can be arranged at critical milestones.
• Logistics & Customs Support: Coordination of export packing, LCL/FCL shipping and preparation of required customs documentation.
• After-Sales & Spare Parts: Warranty and spare-part support per contract terms, with a fast-response process for project issues.

• How do I request samples? Submit your sample request and project brief via WhatsApp or email — we will review and advise sample fees and lead time.
• What are typical lead times? Standard items with light customization: 1–4 weeks after technical sign-off. Large or heavy-custom projects: 6–8+ weeks. Exact timelines are confirmed at quotation stage.
• What are your payment terms? Our standard terms: 70% deposit + 30% balance before shipment, or 100% prepayment for small pilot orders. Specific terms are negotiable per project.
• Can you provide CE / FSC / other certifications? Specific certifications can be provided based on product and order requirements — please request during the quotation stage.
