2. Proposal & Concept
We provide a clear proposal: recommended products, materials, finishes, lead time and a project-level quotation.
3. Technical Confirmation
Confirm drawings, dimensions and materials. For larger orders we provide simple layout sketches or 3D previews where required.
4. Sample & Pre-production
For custom items we arrange samples or pre-production checks with our manufacturing partners before mass production.
5. Production Monitoring & Quality Control
Our partners follow export-standard QC procedures; we monitor key milestones and share photos/videos on request.
6. Packing, Shipping & Aftercare
We coordinate export packing, arrange forwarding and support you through customs documentation and delivery. Post-delivery support is available for any project issues.

Payment & Terms (standard)

To ensure smooth production and protect both parties, our standard terms for project orders are:
• 70% deposit before production + 30% before shipment, or
• 100% TT before production for smaller pilot orders.
We do not accept extended OA or open credit for initial project orders. Exact terms can be discussed per project.
